Mindful Eating Description: You will experience mindful eating with one of your regular meals, enjoying every bite and connecting with the act of eating without distractions. This session will help you reconnect with your hunger and satiety cues, transforming your relationship with food into a more conscious experience. Location: In a quiet space, ideally during a meal. Time: 30 minutes. Materials: A meal that you enjoy and that is ready to practice mindful eating. Benefits: You will gain tools to apply mindful eating in your daily life, helping you to eat more consciously and to better identify satiety cues, which will contribute to greater physical and emotional well-being.
